Flexi Domains 1.0 Help

Getting started

The Getting Started page lists the first things to set up in a new account. Each card takes you to the screen where you do it.

The steps it shows

Add registrars. A registrar is where you bought a domain. Recording your registrars first means every domain you add afterwards can point at one. You can add as many as you use.

View top level domains. The list of endings your portfolio uses, .com, .net, .io and so on. Most are added for you the first time a domain needs them, so this is usually a page you look at rather than fill in.

Add domain names. Your portfolio. Add them one at a time, or import a file if you have many.

What it does not cover

Connecting a DNS provider is not on this page, and it is the step that unlocks the most. Zones, DNS records and certificates all read through a provider connection, so an account without one can see its domain list and little else.

If you want the full path rather than the first three steps, read From a new account to a working certificate. It covers connecting a provider and everything that follows from it.
