The Top Level Domains page lists every ending your portfolio uses.

Sort by any column. The count under the table shows how many loaded.
Most entries are created for you
When you add a domain with an ending that is not yet in the list, Flexi Domains adds it. That is what Auto-created in the Manager column means: nobody typed it in, it appeared because a domain needed it.
So this page is usually one you read rather than maintain. A long list here just means a varied portfolio.
Entries added by hand
An entry with a dash in the Manager column was added manually, usually before the automatic behaviour existed.
These are worth a glance. A hand-added entry can be recorded inconsistently with the automatic ones, for example stored with a leading dot as .news while the rest have none. Both work, but the two forms sort apart and read as different endings at a glance.
What this list is for
It gives the TLD column on Domain names something to link to, and gives you a view of how your portfolio is spread across endings.
It is not a list of endings available to buy, and adding an entry here does not let you register anything. Registration happens at a registrar.
